Darron Earl Johnson

Darron Earl Johnson, 43, of Kountze, died Sunday, April 30, 2017.  He was born on November 20, 1973, in Beaumont, to Carolyn Smith Mason and Arthur Johnson. 

Survivors include his son, Austin Johnson, Leander; father, Arthur Johnson and his wife, Sheila, of Honey Island; sisters, Tonya Johnson of Silsbee and Shany Johnson of Honey Island; brother, Joey Johnson of Honey Island; sister, Denise Rashall and her husband, Terry, of Silsbee; nephews and nieces, Blake Yarbrough, Lindsey Yarbrough, Derek Rashall, and Avie Johnson; and two great-nephews, Keiyan Yarbrough and Kylan Haynes.  He is preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Mason; and brother, Kevin Harper.

A gathering of Darron’s family and friends will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, May 1, 2017, at Honey Island Assembly of God Church, 9097 FM 1293 and FM 1003, Honey Island. His funeral service will be 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 2, 2017, at the church, with his interment to follow at Sutton Cemetery, Honey Island.
