I had the pleasure of working several years with Frankie at the Lamar Library. I considered her a close friend and one of the most kind and compassionate women I have ever known. She taught me a great deal about professionalism and work ethic and I will always cherish the memories we had as coworkers and friends. My prayers and thoughts to her family.
