John Brandon Carlock, 40, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, July 19, 2017. He was born on April 1, 1977, to Delphy Jean Labbie Carlock and John Earl Carlock, in Church Point, Louisiana. John loved installing car stereos. He had a very good sense of humor and enjoyed life and hanging out with his friends.

Survivors include his father, John Earl Carlock and his wife, Rhonda, of Beaumont; mother, Delphy Allen and her husband, Skip, of Sulphur, Louisiana; stepsister, Robin Benn of Beaumont; paternal grandmother, Rosa Annette Carlock of Baltimore, Maryland; maternal grandmother, Stella Labbie of Sulphur, Louisiana; aunts, Bonnie Gail Cobb and her husband, Tom, of Baltimore Maryland and Donna Denise Hahn of Dallas; and many cousins.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, John Benjamin Carlock; maternal grandfather, Newman Labbie; and uncle Dennis Labbie.

A gathering of Mr. Carlock’s family and friends will be from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., Saturday, July 29, 2017, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A family committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
