John “Robin” Chargois
John “Robin” Chargois, 60, of Vidor, went to heaven Tuesday, September 11, 2018. He was born on June 11, 1958, in Beaumont, to Joyce Doga and Armand Chargois.
Robin loved NASCAR, football, watching westerns, being at the lake, and most of all spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Gaylene Chargois, of Vidor; son, Curtis Chargois and his wife, Kasie, of Buna; daughter, Kendra Jones and her husband, Dale, of Vidor; grandchildren, Ella, Carson, Natalie, Kellie, and Kambrie; brothers, Charles, Armand, Henry, and Cody; sister, Yvonne; and mother, Joyce.
He was preceded in death by his father, Armand Chargois.
A gathering of Mr. Chargois’ family and friends will begin at 9:00 a.m., with his funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 15, 2018, at Turning Point Church, 3600 North Main Street, Vidor, under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. His interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park, Vidor.
In addition to floral offerings, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
