Joyce Kent

Joyce Kent, 89, of Beaumont, died May 31, 2019, at Fairy’s Landing, Hull. She was born to Elizabeth Monteaux and Addison Emmitt White, on January 2, 1930, in Winnie. Joyce was a faithful member of First United Pentecostal Church of Winnie, enjoyed crochet, and was a consumant mother.

Survivors include her daughter, Pam Loiacano and her husband, Donnie; grandsons, Shawn Loiacano and his wife, Kerri and Anthony Loiacano and his wife, Misty; great-grandchildren, Brooke Loiacano, Cash Loiacano, Kaleb Loiacano, Bracyn Loiacano, and Jace Loiacano; brother, Bubba White; sister, Mary Caruthers; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of fifty plus years; brother, Lummy White; sisters. Doris Rhoden, Bessie Schmuk, Jessie Abshire, and Geraldine Willis.

A gathering of Mrs. Kent’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, June 2, 2019, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 3, 2019, at Broussard’s, with her interment to follow at, Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.
