Louise Lensing

Louise Lensing, 93, of Hemphill, died Thursday, April 5, 2018. She was born on March 15, 1925, in Lufkin, to Mamie Stanley Runnels and Azmon Runnels.

Survivors include her son, A.C. Lensing and his wife, Sherry, of Nederland; daughter, Glenda Johnson and her husband, L.C., of Azle; grandchildren, Charles Johnson and his wife, Stephanie; Laurie Ann Bartnesky; Jennifer Bingham and her husband, Anthony; Johnny Johnson and his wife, Angela; Billy Sticker and his wife, Rustee; Tracy Johnson and his wife, Trisha; Belinda Snow and her husband, Shane; Cheree Bolser; Tori Dekerlegand and her husband, Kenneth; David Landry and his wife, Isla; Ace Lensing and his wife, Brittany; twenty-six great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alfred Charles Lensing, Jr.; daughter, Barbara Smith; sister, Ruth Smith; and brothers, Ira Runnels; A.Z. Runnels; and Ernest Runnels.

A gathering of Mrs. Lensing’s family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m., with her funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 8, 2018, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. Her interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches.
