Marian Combs

Marian Combs, 89, of Silsbee, died Friday, October 6, 2017. She was born on November 6, 1927, in Monmouth, Illinois, to Hazel Miskimen Cathcart and Carl William Cathcart.

Survivors include her children, Vicki Ann Miller of Village Mills; Carl Richard Combs and his wife, Dana, of Gillette, Wyoming; Harold Ray Combs, Jr. and his wife, Judy, of Waynesboro, Virginia; and William Lowell Combs and his wife, Joann, of Crossville, Tennessee; grandchildren, Douglas Miller, Shannon Aloo, Brennon Combs, Diana Fields, David Combs, Christopher Combs, Justin, Combs, Julie Mendell, David Mendell, Elizabeth Combs, Christina Wilson, and Brian Mendell; and fifteen great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of sixty-eight years, Harold Ray Combs, Sr.; daughter, Marian Diana Combs; sisters, Lois Butler and Margaret Combs; and brother, William Carl Cathcart.

Mrs. Combs committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
