Charlsey my heart is broken for you! A mother should never have to bury her child! ! I lost my son Marcus and I miss him and love him so much he will always be with me in my heart! I am determined to let the joy of the lord be my strength! I have good days and bad times! The enemy took our child but you refuse to let him
Steal your joy! God will use this horrible incident and you will be given a higher platform to minister from! Hang on to the sweet memories and cherish the time he was with you! God will never leave you or forsake you! Love you and I love your family!

I want to share a poem that has brought me comfort and hope, I pray that you might find solace as well.

The Glory of the Fire Lily -Helen Steiner Rice
    The crackling flames rise skyward
As the waving grass is burned,
But from the fire on the veld
A great truth can be learned…
For the green and living hillside
    Becomes a funeral pyre
As all the grass across the veld
    Is swallowed by the fire…
What yesterday was living, today is dead and still,
But soon a breathless miracle takes place upon the hill…
    For, from the blackened ruins
    There arises life anew
And scarlet lilies lift their heads
Where once the veld grass grew…
    And so the mystery
of life and death is wrought,
    And man can find assurance
    In this soul-inspiring thought,
That from a bed of ashes
    The fire lilies grew,
And from the ashes of our lives
    God resurrects us, too.

    Kryste Martin says:

I love you Colby. I hope you’re at peace now. We miss you.

    Stefanie Hawthorne says:

My heart goes out to each of you and all I can do from here is just let you have God speak to you in his words. Matthew 5:4 says blessed are those that mourn, for they shall be comforted. Revelations 2:14 says “he will wipe every tear from their eyes” Psalm 34:18 says the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the question spirit. And then of course Philippians 4:7 says the Peace of god, which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. I am praying for all of you to find that comfort.

    Renee Clark says:

This is perfect! The Word of God will not fail!
