I am so sorry to hear that Mr Loper has passed away. He and Mrs Nina were always kind, welcoming and sweet. At least he gets to see her again. Keeping you all in my prayers.

Well here comes the Judge, that was my comment when I saw him coming. What a remarkable man he was, but was ready to go be with his Nina. The judge and Kent Walker, were 2 of the finest men you could ever have known. So honest and humble, but right to the punch. Judge go rest high on that big mountain with Kent. RIP

I knew Gearld as Judge Loper for many years. He was the finest JP I have ever known. If ever there was a man who walked softly and carried a big stick, it was Judge Loper. He was also my Masonic Brother at the Sour Lake Lodge. We need more men like him…Rest now Judge Loper, we will take it from here.
