Joyce Bolton
Joyce Elaine Bolton, 80, of Beaumont, died Friday, February 2, 2018, at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont. She was born on October 12, 1937, to Minnie Ola Sanders Frazier and John Alfred Frazier, in Pasadena. She had a love for adventure and zip lined and swam with the dolphins. Joyce was a very strong and independent woman was an inspiration to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her son, Darwin H. Bolton and his wife, Cindy, of Beaumont; daughters, Terri Barnes of Houston and Lisa Bolton of Beaumont; grandchildren, Justin Barnes and his wife, Amanda and Ashley Leger and her husband, Adam; and great-grandchildren, Summer Leger, Payton Leger, Kinsley Barnes, and Jack Barnes.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Herschel Bolton; and sister, Alta Morris.
A small gathering of Mrs. Bolton’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 7, 2018, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium.
