Katherine Louise Coplen

Katherine Louise Coplen, 76, of Kountze, died Saturday, September 9, 2023. She was born on November 15, 1946, in Port Arthur, to Thelma Louise Miller McCullough and T.E. McCullough. Katherine retired as a physical therapist aid.

Survivors include her sons, Craig Coplen, Jr. and Carl Coplen and his wife, Amanda; and daughter-in-law, Carol Lee Coplen, all of Kountze; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and sister, Faye Alston of Lumberton.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Craig Coplen, Sr.; parents, Vertice Carl and Thelma Louise Faulk; father, Thomas McCullough; and sister, Bonnie Sue Simon.

Mrs. Coplen’s cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.
