Lavona Nadine White

Lavona Nadine White, 76, of Beaumont, died Friday, October 8, 2021, at Silsbee Oaks. She was born on January 9, 1945, to Beatrice Davis Dodson and Joe Levi Dodson, in Herington, Kansas.

Survivors include her children, Michael Wakefield and his wife, Lisa, of Bentonville, Arkansas and Rene Hayes and her husband, Jerry, of Beaumont; grandchildren, Taylor Zamzow, Megan Herbert, Chase Wakefield, Teri Marshall, and John Willoughby; and great-granddaughter, Alayna Willoughby.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Jim White.

Mrs. White’s cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
