Lenalyn Huffman
Lenalyn Huffman, 81, of Kountze, died Tuesday, January 23, 2024. She was born on August 21, 1942, to Clyde Collier and Lena Hawthorne Collier, in Nacogdoches.
Survivors include her children, Cheryl Arevalo and her husband, Nick, of La Porte; Leah Fontenot and her husband, Milton, of Kountze; and Ricky Reese of St. Clair, Alabama; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Yvette Clark of Merryville, Louisiana; and brothers, Clay Collier and his wife, Brenda, of Crosby, and Bobby Collier and his wife, Bonnie, of Lago Vista.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Huffman; and brother, Steve Collier.
Mrs. Huffman’s cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.
I was so socked and sad to hear about your loss! Lynn was always one of my favorite residents! She never complained and we use to laugh together all the time! My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time!
Leah and Cheryl I still cant believe she is gone. I always loved your Mom. She was akways so sweet and kind to me. One time when I showed up to visit with her she ask me if I was lost. That was because I had not seen her in a LONG time. Please know I am thinking of you both and I am just a phone call away if you need anything. I love you both very much.. i am sorry for your loss.
