Margie “Nell” Breaux

Margie “Nell” Breaux, 87, of LaBelle, died Friday, April 26, 2024. She was born November 1, 1936, in Rayne, Louisiana, to Dovie and Curley Thibodeaux.

Nell enjoyed sewing for everyone, traveling in the motorhome, and loved her fur baby Joy. Most of all she loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughter, Rochelle Wimberly and her husband, Bobby; son, Barry Breaux and his wife, Chery; grandchildren, Ryan Ellis and his husband, Kevin; Mindi Burrell and her husband, Eric; Brian Beaux and his wife, Amy; and Brad Beaux and his wife, Jenna; sister-in-law, Mary Belle Scholl; nieces and nephews, Denise Lewis; David Scholl; Shana LaBouve; Jay LaBouve; and Jodi LaBouve; and great-grandchildren, John Burrell; Carter, Reed, Deacon, and Brayden Beaux; and Alyssa Hemker.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

A gathering of Mrs. Breaux’s family and friends will begin at 9:00 a.m., with her funeral service at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 2, 2024, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. Her interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches.
