Margie Sue Smith

Margie Sue Smith, 84, of Silsbee died Wednesday, June 26, 2024. She was born on December 30, 1939, in Red River County, to Julia Charlene Kelley Smith and John Walter Smith.

Survivors include her children, Julia Woolverton of Shilom Springs, Arkansas; Kelly Whitecotton of Locksberg, Arkansas; and Shanna Adams and her husband, Ricky, of Evadale; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, John W. Smith and his wife, Debra of China, Texas; and Syble Smith of Harpens Ferry, West Virginia; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Julie and John Smith; son, Billy Woolverton; brother, Bobby Smith; and grandson, Isaac Adams.

Mrs. Smith’s cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.
