Marie Refugio Carmona

Marie Refugio Carmona, 79, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, May 2, 2023. She was born on May 10, 1943, in Beaumont, to Marcella Dominguez and Refugio Carmona.

Survivors include her sisters, Josephine Cruz; Virginia Carmona; Vickie Elshire and her husband Gary; and Linda Carmona; brother, Anthony “Tony” Carmona and his wife, Darlene; sisters-in-law, Kay Carmona and Carolyn Carmona; numerous nieces and nephews; and family friend, Marva Parkinson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Refugio Carmona, Jr. and John Carmona; infant sister, Catherine Carmona; and brother-in-law, Rudy Cruz.

Cremation arrangements for Ms. Carmona were handled through Broussard’s crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.
