Marietta Credeur
Marietta Credeur, 87, of Tomball, died Wednesday, May 22, 2024. She was born on October 16, 1936, in Port Arthur, to Dora and Royal Hopper.
Marietta enjoyed singing in the choir at church, cooking, playing card games, sewing, watching westerns, and reading mystery novels.
Survivors include her daughter Rachel Credeur, of Cleveland, Ohio; son, Dudley Credeur, and his wife, Mina, of Magnolia, Texas; brothers, Mark, Clarence, Tyler Hopper, and Royal Hopper Jr.
She is preceded in death by her parents and loving husband, Dudley Credeur, Sr.
A gathering of Ms. Credeur’s family and friends will begin at 9:00a.m., with her funeral service to follow at 10: 00a.m, Friday, May 31, 2024, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. Her interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.

We grew up just down Terrell St in Groves from each other. We graduated together from PNG in 1955. She was a sweet friend for many years.
