Paul Joseph Chanley

Paul Joseph Chanley, 24, of Beaumont passed away February 26, 2022. Born February 6, 1998, in Beaumont, Texas to Mark Chanley and the late Patricia Placette. He was a member of St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church in Beaumont. He graduated from West Brook High school in 2016, and the career center with his welding certificate.

Paul is survived by his father, Mark Chanley of Beaumont; brother, Alan Chanley (Arianna Gomez) of Nederland; sister, Paige Chanley of Beaumont; Grandparents, Bill and Sandra Chanley of Beaumont; aunt, Kimberly Chanley of Beaumont; uncle, Mark Rennick (Jessica) of Beaumont; great-aunts, Karen Schmelter of Beaumont; Cherry Chanley; Carol Brineger of Linton, Indiana; Becky (Mike) Pohle of Osgood, Indiana; nephew, Thiago Puac; niece, Ainsley Chanley of Nederland; cousins, Seth and Josh Pohle of Osgood, Indiana; Blake and Ethan Rennick of Beaumont; and Crystal Ponthier-Primeaux and Family.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Placette.

He worked for C.A. Turner. Paul was loved by his family and numerous friends and coworkers.

A gathering of Paul’s family and friends will be Friday, March 11, 2022, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His funeral service will be Saturday, March 12, 2022, at Broussard’s, with his interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 4955 Pine Street, Beaumont.
