Rodney Brown
Rodney Joe Brown, 53, of Crosby, died Wednesday, February 19, 2020. He was born on June 14, 1966, in Jacinto City, to Ilene Golbert Brown and Lowell Roger Brown.
Survivors include his wife of twenty years, Donna Brown; parents, Joye and Roger Brown; children, Shannon Bragg and her husband, Lynn; Kevin Jenkins and his wife, Kristee; Luke Jenkins and his wife, Emily; grandchildren, Sarah Bragg; Kelsy Bowers and her husband, Dustin; Ashtyn Jenkins; Kansas Jenkins; Logan Jenkins; Kodi Tubbs; Delaney Leach; Malana Goings; Riley Goings; Keegan Goings; and Emma Goings; great-grandson, Hayden Bragg; great-grandbaby, Baby Bowers due in April; niece, Sidne Aldy and her husband, Justin; nephews, Joey Walter and his wife, Emilie; Adam Walters and his wife, Kalyn; sisters, Cathryn Springob and her husband, Tarn; Rebecca DeVeaux and her Husband, John and their children; and many aunts, uncles, and countless friends.
Rodney is preceded in death by his mother, Ilene Brown; sister, Tina Walters; and brother, Milton Brown.
A gathering of Mr. Brown’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, February 21, 2020, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 22, 2020, at Broussard’s, with his interment to follow at Old Hardin Cemetery, Kountze.
