Sandra Porter

Sandra Porter, 75, of Lumberton, died Friday, December 22, 2017. She was born on August 14, 1942, in Dallas, to Helen Davis and Charles Abbott Emerson, Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby G. Porter, of Lumberton; children, Carol Stimits and her husband, Roy, of North Carolina; Bonnie Perkins and her husband, Mike, of Coppell; and Keith Porter, of Dallas; grandchildren, Megan Connolly and her husband, John, of Hawaii; Eric Stimits, of Raleigh, North Carolina; Brett Perkins; Joanie Perkins; and Brian Perkins, all of Coppell; and sister, Suzan Rash and Shelby, of Richardson.

Sandra is preceded in death by her parents.

A gathering of Mrs. Porter’s family and friends will be from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., Sunday, December 24, 2017, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery road, Silsbee. Her interment will be at Athens City Cemetery, at a later date.
