James Tip Morgan, Jr.
James Tip Morgan, Jr., 77, of Nederland, died Thursday, September 28, 2017. He was born on May 29, 1940, in Port Arthur, to Gertrude Helen Saulsberry Morgan and James Tip Morgan, Sr.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Ann Morgan of Nederland; sister, Barbara Huebel and her husband, Mike, of Port Neches; one son; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son.
A gathering of Mr. Morgan’s family and friends will begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by his funeral service at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. His interment will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Morgan’s memory to Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 2711 Helena Avenue, Nederland, Texas 77627, or to L.C.M.S. Disaster Relief Fund c/o Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Nederland.
