Dorothy “Dee” Chiappetta
Dorothy “Dee” Chiappetta, 72, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, November 15, 2017. She was born on July 8, 1945, in Springfield, Massachusetts, to Mary Ellen Rondeau Logan and George Donald Logan, Sr. She loved bingo and her grandchildren.
Dee is survived by her husband of forty-nine years, Charles Wayne Chiappetta; children, Tom Chiappetta and his wife, Traci; Donnie Chiappetta and his wife, Tonya; and Mary Sampson; grandchildren, Cade Chiappetta, Jackson Chiappetta, Andrew Withers, Shianne Chiappetta, Hunter Chiappetta, Nicholas “Nic” Sampson, and Kasey Sampson; and siblings, George Logan, Jr., Patricia “Pat” Landers, and Barbara DeMarco.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and in-laws, Louis and Amy Chiappetta.
A gathering of Mrs. Chiappetta’s family and friends will be 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, November 19, 2017, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 20, 2017, at Broussard’s, with her interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery, Beaumont.
