Etta Marie Will
Etta Marie Will, 83, of Lumberton, died on Monday, October, 9, 2017, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. She was born on July 13, 1934, to Valson Higginbotham and Hebrard Daigle. Etta retired from Lumberton Independent School District.
Survivors include her husband, Ted Will; children, Becky O’Quinn and her husband, Buddy; David Will and his wife, Susan; Mike Will and his wife, Liz; and Laura Pruitt and her husband, Wes, all of Lumberton; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Cook and her husband, Glenn, of Lumberton: and sister-in-law, Dorothy Daigle, of Kountze.
Etta is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Joe Daigle; sisters, Dorothy Daigle and Olla Daigle; and infant son, Joseph Paul Will.
A gathering of Mrs. Will’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, October 12, 2017, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 13, 2017, at Infant Jesus Catholic Church, 243 South LHS Drive, Lumberton, with interment to follow at, Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
