Angelin Floyd
Angelin Floyd, 60, of Sour Lake, died Wednesday, January 17, 2024. She was born on March 12, 1963, to Mary McLeod Lee and Percy Allen Lee, in Houston.
Survivors include her husband, David Floyd; daughter, Lena Beals and her husband, Blake; son, Cooper Floyd and his wife, Krystle, all of Sour Lake; sister, Glennie Hefner and her husband, David, of Santa Fe; grandchildren, Cooper Floyd, Jr., Cash Floyd, and Call Floyd to arrive soon; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
She is preceded in death by her parents, P.A. and Mary Lee and brother, Kenneth Lee.
A gathering of Angelin Floyd’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, January 20, 2024, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Sunday, January 21, 2024, at Broussard’s, with her interment to follow at Rosedale Cemetery, Sour Lake.

So sorry I wasn’t able to attend Angelin’s funeral. I enjoyed seeing the video knowing it was just a fraction of the memories all of you have of her. She lived such a full and enjoyable life; her smiles in the pictures show that. She loved her grandchildren so much and they her. My condolences to you all and peace be with you as you grieve her loss.

A brignt light has gone out with Angelin not with us. She brought laughter and joy when she was around. We loved her and have tender memories, especially of our days in Grayburg when the kids were little. Prayers for her beloved family.
