Arrie Lyons Morlock
Arrie Lyons Morlock, 92, of Sour Lake, died Friday, November 29, 2019. She was born on January 15, 1927, in Votaw, to Nora and James Jordan.
Survivors include her children, Charlie Lyons, Jr. and his wife, Susan, of Sour Lake; Shirley Trahan and her husband, Don, of Beaumont; Janice McDaniel and her husband, William, of Crosby; Jerry Lyons and his wife, Sue, of Beaumont; Virginia Langham and her husband, Mike, of Kountze; Melissa Louviere and her husband, Kenneth, of Sour Lake; Penny Ross and her husband, David, of Port Neches; sixteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; father of her children, Charlie Lyons, Sr.; husband, Donald Morlock; granddaughter, Brandi Lyons Weeks; great-granddaughter, Presley Ferguson; five brothers; and four sisters.
Memorial contributions for Mrs. Morlock may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 42040, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73123.
A gathering of Mrs. Morlock’s family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with her funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 3, 2019, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont, with her interment to follow at Jordan Cemetery, Honey Island.
