Ashley Danielle Pickering

Ashley Danielle Pickering, 31, and her children, Cristian Mattox, 11, Serenity Mattox, 7, twins, Cavence David and Cash Everette Mattox, 4, and Camden Mattox, 3, all of Silsbee, died Wednesday, October 18, 2017.

Ashley is survived by her father, Ricky Pickering and his wife, Terry; of Silsbee; mother, Terri Pickering, of Silsbee; sisters, Cristi Pickering, of Lumberton and Casey Marshall, of Vidor; brother, Dylan Gore of Silsbee; and nephews, Clayson McBryde, Case Pickering, and Jason Sanford.

The children are also survived by their father, Tyrone Mattox; maternal grandfather, Ricky Pickering and his wife, Terry; maternal grandmother, Terri Pickering; maternal aunts, Cristi Pickering and Casey Marshall; maternal uncle, Dylan Gore; great- grandmother, Hattie Mattox; paternal grandmothers, Linda Hickson and Jeanette Kemp; paternal uncles, Jerrod Mattox, John Mattox, Ricky Jackson, and Keith Kemp; paternal aunts, Selina Buster, Yolanda Jackson, and Michelle Mattox; paternal sisters, Adrianna Gonzalez, Daisha Fisher, Jennifer Edwards, Kamyranesha Mattox, Brittney Davis, Brianna Mattox, Tyra Mattox, Grayselen Mattox, Jamie Ward, Brittney Ward, and Deniaya Kyles; paternal brothers, Darron Wright, Keqndra Jones, Tyrone Mattox, Jr., Joel Mattox, Jason Mattox, and Grayson Mattox; Cristian’s Godfather, Jacobe “Turkee” Morrisey; and very special cousin, Skyla Mattox. They are preceded in death by grandfather, David “Paw-Paw Ducc” Mattox, Jr.; and great-grandparents, John Hudson, David Mattox, Sr., Pierre Blount, Lissie Mae Hudson, Essie B. Blount, and Bessie Mae Cutwright.

A gathering their family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with their funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 28, 2017, at Cathedral in the Pines Church, 2350 Eastex Freeway, Beaumont. Their interment will follow at Kirby Cemetery, Silsbee, under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.
