Beris Mae Singleton

Beris Mae Singleton, 83, of Beaumont, died Thursday, December 8, 2022, at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont. She was born July 3, 1939, in Chance, to Maude Mae Kibodeaux Chance and Clyde Chance.

Beris is survived by her daughters, Laura Kaspar and her husband, Tim, of Beaumont; Jana Abercrombie and her husband, Marty, of Lumberton; grandchildren, Tara Korsch and her husband, Robin, of Kitchener Ontario, Canada; Skye Hempel of McAllen; Chance Abercrombie and his wife, Ashlee, of Kountze; Wade Abercrombie and his wife, Nicole, of Lumberton; and great-grandchildren, Kate Korsch, Karen Korsch, Joshua Korsch, Matthew Korsch, Timmy Hempel, Kaylee Abercrombie, Leah Abercrombie, Parks Abercrombie,and Mylah Abercrombie.

She is preceded in death by her husband of forty-three years, Glynn D. Singleton; brothers, Kelsey Chance and Pope Chance; and sister, Laura Loftin.

A graveside service for Mrs. Singleton will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at Hooks Cemetery, 4792 Hooks Cemetery Loop, Kountze, under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
