Beverly “Belle” Syphrett Weaver
Beverly “Belle” Syphrett Weaver passed away January 17, 2024 at the age of 92. She was born in Devers, Texas, on March 12, 1931 to Charles & Helen Bonin Prevost.
Belle was a lifelong Chambers County resident and attended Anahuac High School. She married D.W. “Dub” Syphrett and had two children, Daniel W. Syphrett Ill of Stowell and Helen DanElla McCarty of Liberty. They were married 24 years before he died.
After the passing of Dub Syphrett, Belle enlarged her family when she married James Earl Weaver. This added two sons, Jimmy Weaver of Anahuac, and Gary Weaver of Hankamer. Belle and James were married 47 years.
Belle was a devout and faithful member of St. Louis Catholic Church where she was involved in many church activities including the Alter Society, making rice balls and all things St. Louis Catholic Church. Some of Belle’s favorite things were family, friends, food and flowers. Usually, all of these things were combined during family events and parties in her beautiful yard.
Belle is preceded in death by her parents; husband D.W. “Dub” Syphrett; husband, James Earl Weaver.
She is survived by: sister, Karen Oliver (Doyle); son, Dan Syphrett (Kathy); daughter, DanElla McCarty (Mike); stepson, Jimmy Weaver (Sandra); stepson, Gary Weaver (Geri); grandchildren, Daniel Syphrett (Brittany); Garrett Syphrett (Amanda); Kathrine McCarty (Trey McConnell); Kirsti McCarty (Vicente Villagomez); Tyler Weaver (Courtney); Kori Metteauer (Eric) Jessica Weaver; Valarie Weaver; Elizabeth Briechle; great grandchildren, Olivia, Dub, Vivian, Jude, Carter, Owen, Paisley, Blaine, Cameron, Hank, Hallie, Jeremiah, Hattie, and Emmett.
As Gran would say, “My Love” you will be missed by all.
A gathering of Ms. Weaver’s family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with her Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 22, 2024, at St. Louis Catholic Church, 315 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. Her internment will be held at Fairview Cemetery, under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie.

understand! She was a devout Catholic as she was raised
to be by my Grandparents. Though she has been gone

I miss this precious lady. My childhood is sprinkled with memories of parties, meals, flowers, and trips with her. She was loved by all of the cousins and she loved us all. So glad she is free and with Jesus!
