Bridgette Marie LeBlanc
Bridgette Marie LeBlanc, 94, of Winnie, died Wednesday, December 9, 2020. She was born February 4, 1926, in Lowry, Louisiana, to Clemence Gaubert Authement and Joseph Samson Authement.
Bridgette loved to dance and was President of the Jefferson County Singles Club. She also loved to do needlepoint, cook, and to have family gatherings.
Survivors include her children, Harold LeBlanc and wife, Pat, of Winnie; Anna Flannagan and husband, J.B., of Beaumont; Shirley Pinder and husband, Sam, of Brookeland; Howard Holst, of Deweyville; Joseph LeBlanc and wife, Susan, of Nederland; Felix LeBlanc, of Louisiana; Michael LeBlanc, of Crystal Beach; Nelson LeBlanc and wife, Cindy, of Vidor; Georgette LeBlanc, of Nederland; and A.J. LeBlanc and wife, Kim, of Mt. Carmel, Tennessee; and sisters, Ella Vincent, of Lake Arthur, Louisiana and Anna Alphonso, of Galliano, Louisiana.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Clemence and Joseph Authement; husband of twenty-eight years, Harvey LeBlanc; and children, Harvey LeBlanc, Jr.; Robert LeBlanc; Lester LeBlanc; and Barbara Wells.
A gathering of Mrs. LeBlanc’s family and friends will begin at 8:30 a.m., with her funeral service at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 12, 2020, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. Her interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Jefferson County, Nederland.
