Joe and I were friends for over 60 years. He was a very kind, gentle, pious gentleman that lived a great life with a fantastic wife and family. He was President of His Class at St Anthony H.S., Capitan of football team and many other outstanding achievements. May His soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, REST-IN-PEACE.

Occasionally you meet someone in life you recognize as being above and beyondordinary. Joe LeBlanc was that kind of person, with natural leadership and charasmatic skills. Combined with intelligence, and compassion, and was great family patriach. A strong belief in God. Manyh positive attributes could be used for Joe, and they wouldn't be an exageration. He made major contributions, and made the world a better place. A life well lived. "Well done my good and faitful servant". I pray the peace and blessings of Jesus Christ resides with Joe and his family. Save me a seat Joe . . .

I was so saddened to hear of Mr. LeBlanc's passing. We met him and his wife as parishioners of St. Anne Church, and his grandson, Austin, was in our son's classes throughout St. Anne School and Kelly High School. He was such a sweet, caring and giving person. I know he is in heaven with his beloved, Betty! Praying for you all at this time.
