Clifton McCreery

March 19, 1947 - February 3, 2022

Clifton McCreery, 74, of Beaumont, died Thursday, February 3, 2022, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. He was born March 19, 1947, in Leesville, Louisiana, to Inez Killian McCreery and Audrey McCreery. Clifton was a United States Navy veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah McCreery of Fannett; daughter, Erica Corbello of Louisiana; sister, Rosalie Jarosz of Florida; brothers, Ray McCreery of Silsbee; Milton McCreery of Port Neches; four grandchildren; and mother-in-law, Ollie Flowers of Victoria.

Clifton is preceded in death by two brothers, one sister, and his parents.

A gathering of Mr. McCreery’s family and friends will be at 10:30 a.m., with his funeral service beginning at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont, with his interment at 10:45 a.m., Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Grace and Truth Gospel Tabernacle, 5910 North Major Drive, Beaumont, Texas 77708.
