Cynthia Christen “NuNu” Douglas
Cynthia Christen “NuNu” Douglas, 69 of Beaumont, died Sunday, March 17, 2024, at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont. She was born on November 1, 1954, to Doris Marshall Bardwell and Karl Christen, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Survivors include her son, Robbie McLemore of Vidor; sister, Terri Cooley of Beaumont; sister-in-law, Jolene Cooley; brother-in-law, Tommy Knight; nieces and nephews, Brandee Wickland and her husband, Kevin, Tommy C. Knight and his wife, Caitlin, Chandra Jones and her husband, Ray, and Desirée Rice and her husband, Greg; and numerous great-nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Bobby Cooley, Larry Cooley, and Keith Christen.
Her cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
OH CINDY!! CAN’T BELIEVE IT’S TRUE. I’VE BEEN THINKING A LOT ABOUT OUR YOUNG YEARS & YOU WERE ALWAYS SO TOUGH & NOT SCARED OF ANYTHING. SO GLAD FACEBOOK HELPED A LOT OF US RECONNECT. ENOYED VISITING WITH YOU AT THE BEACH. I DIDN’T REALIZE WHEN YOU ASKED FOR PRAYER THAT YOU WERE SO SICK. YOU ARE NOT SICK ANYMORE AND YOU ARE WITH YOUR DAD, KEITH & MOM AGAIN. FLY HIGH MY FRIEND!
So sorry for your loss. Cindy worked for me for years, we had so many good times. She was alot of fun always smiling and laughing.
