Dot was part of my childhood memories growing up & she always made us laugh. She told the best stories, had the most contagious laugh, and loved us like one of her own grandchildren. She was a wonderful friend to our family and especially my grandmother. They loved life together and enjoyed each other’s company immensely. What a great loss. I know Mamoo was waiting to greet her in heaven, and I hope they are laughing together again. We love you Dot!

    Charlie Coco says:

Dot was like a 2nd mother to me! She was my mom’s best friend and brought a smile to everyone’s face. She made every occasion a party and was a huge part in my kids life. I know Dot and Annie are smiling down on us all. We will miss her kindness and humor forever!

We knew Dot & Clarence for a short time. We moved on Vaglica Drive shortly after they lost their precious daughter Tammye. Dot and I had many heart to heart conversations about losing children. Dot was one of the most unique individuals I’ve ever known. She was loving, kind, generous and if need be, would tell you just exactly what she thought. This world would be such a wonderful place with more Dot Arnold’s.

    Concetta Beck says:

My mother, Annie Coco, had seven sisters and two brothers. Everything revolved around her big Italian family which was wonderful. But when my Dad bought property in Sour Lake and wanted to move there, my Mom was not happy. Little did she know then that the best and first real friend she ever had ended up being Dot Arnold. Together they had so much fun. They dressed for Halloween, Christmas and in general had more fun than the law allowed. Dot entertained all Mom’s grandchildren when they were around. Everyone of us remember Dot with much nostalgia. Our children couldn’t wait to go to Sour Lake for holidays to see their grandparents and Dot! She was one joyous, happy, delightful woman whose stories kept us entertained throughout the years up until her recent passing. Stir things up in heaven Dot. We know you can do it! And we loved you. We enjoyed many family holidays with both Dot and Clarence, we have wonderful memories of their trip to Washington State to visit us as well as our good times at the river camp. We will miss Dot’s smile and good laugh. Dot will be greatly missed our love and prayers to her family.
