George Donald Logan, Jr.

George Donald Logan, Jr., 75, of Lumberton, died Saturday, February 10, 2024. He was born on September 15, 1948, in Springfield, Massachusetts, to Mary Rondeau Logan and George Donald Logan, Sr.

Survivors include his children, Eric Logan and his wife, Jessica, of Somers, Connecticut, and Erin Shantel and her husband, Arine, of Morrisville, New York; grandchildren, Everett Logan, Gracie Logan, and Addison Shantel; sisters, Patricia Landers of Feeding Hills, Massachusetts, and Barbara DeMarco and her husband, Ronnie, of West Springfield, Massachusetts; brother-in-law, Charles Chiappetta, of Beaumont; his boys, Buddy and Bear;  and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

George was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Dorothy Chiappetta.

A gathering of Mr. Logan’s family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, February 15, 2024, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. His funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 16, 2024, at Broussard’s with his interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery, Beaumont.
