Glenn Franklin McWilliams, Sr.

April 13, 1951 - April 9, 2017

Glenn Franklin McWilliams, Sr., 65, of Silsbee, died Sunday, April 9, 2017.  He was born on April 13, 1951, in Port Arthur, to Frances Miller McWilliams and Harold McWilliams.  Glenn had worked in the oil industry and was a Past Master of Silsbee Masonic Lodge, #927 Ancient Free and Accepted Masons and a Past Patron of Silsbee Chapter, #298, Order of the Eastern Star.

 

Survivors include his wife, Deborah McWilliams; children, Glenn Franklin “Mac” McWilliams, Jr. and his wife, Tara; Timothy Paul McWilliams; Diana “Sissy” Lynn McWilliams; Scotty Lee McWilliams and his wife, Tess; and Ryan Keith McWilliams and his wife, Teia; thirteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; mother, Frances McWilliams; brothers, Wayne McWilliams and his wife, Rose; Jimmy McWilliams; Robert McWilliams and his wife, Cindy; Danny McWilliams and his wife, LaQuita; and Johnny McWilliams and his wife, Pam; sisters, Linda Lakey and her husband, Ed; Anne McWilliams; Sandy Carroll; Joyce Freeman and her husband, Doug; and Judy Boyett and her husband, Dale.  He is preceded in death by his father.

 

A gathering of Glenn’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 12, 2016, at Broussard’s, with his interment to follow at Frank’s Branch Cemetery, Fred.
