Hannah Webb Bonin

October 22, 1985 - December 10, 2022

Hannah Elizabeth Webb Bonin, 37, wife to Justin of 11 years and loving mother to Samuel and Evan went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, December 10th.

Hannah was born on October 22, 1985 to Steve and Monica Webb in Houston and grew up in Beaumont, TX. She attended Beaumont Christian Schools and graduated from Cathedral Christian High School in 2003. Throughout her young life she enjoyed participating in theater and was part of several Beaumont Community Players productions. She attended college at Harding University in Searcy, AR and received a Bachelor of Arts in Education. While at Harding, she studied abroad in Italy and was involved in mission trips to Scotland.

She had a heart for children and one of her greatest joys was becoming a teacher. She was a ferocious reader and wanted to share the love of books with her students. Throughout her career as a teacher, she taught pre-school and elementary school. Hannah was the Pre-school Bible School Coordinator at Dowlen Road Church of Christ. Hannah was very loyal and committed herself to every task she undertook.

She married her prince charming, Justin on June 25, 2011 in their storybook wedding and they made their home in Port Acres, TX. Her dream of being a mom came true when they welcomed their first son Samuel in 2015 and Evan joined the family in 2019. Hannah was a devoted mother and immersed herself into loving and raising her boys. She was a “Mama Bear” with her whole heart. Hannah was an example of Proverbs 22:6 and “trained up her children in the way they should go…” A priority of their life was to raise their children to know the Lord, and as a family they read from the Bible each night. They were faithful members of Dowlen Road Church of Christ where they developed many close friendships and were loved by all. Hannah was a devoted volunteer at Legacy Christian Academy where Samuel attends school. She spent her days there giving in every capacity needed. She never missed an activity that her boys were involved in.  Their family enjoyed traveling and was looking forward to their next trip to Disney World in January.

Hannah grew from a strong willed child into a determined, brave and persistent woman. She was so strong, a true “overcomer” to all obstacles life put in front of her. Her heart was filled with kindness and compassion and she gave her whole heart to everything in her life. Her life was committed to Jesus Christ and her family. Hannah loved Christmas and has received the greatest Christmas gift of all, her mansion in Heaven with her Lord and Savior. We know she is singing her favorite songs with her Papa, Donald Rao.

Hannah is survived by her husband, Justin Bonin; sons, Samuel and Evan Bonin, all of Port Acres; parents, Monica Mason and her husband, Brad, of Beaumont; Dr. Steven Webb and his wife, Lori, of West Lebanon, Indiana; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Paul Bonin and his wife, Cindy, of Port Arthur; sister, Rachel Hart and her husband, Bailey, of Houston; Jaime Brown and her husband, Patrick, of Lumberton; brother, Jeremy Mason of Beaumont; sister, Jennifer Bowman and her husband, Garrett, of Beaumont; grandmother, Dorothy Rao, of Stowell; brother-in-law, Jacob Bonin of Conroe; sister-in-law, Jessica Babin and her husband, Dustin, of Montgomery; grandparents, Joe Noble and his wife, Gloria, of Port Arthur; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Donald Rao.
