Jeremiah Lloyd Ray, 31, of Livingston, died Thursday, February 24, 2022. He was born on September 5, 1990, in Port Arthur, to Terry Ray Ballard and Lloyd Ballard.
Survivors include his parents, Terry and Lloyd Ballard; children, Parker Ray and Jerney Calloway; siblings, Randy Lean Burden and his wife, Andrea, of Lewisville and Joshua C. Ballard of Livingston; and grandmother, Carol Raynes of Beaumont.
Jeremiah’s graveside service will be 3:00 p.m., Saturday, March 5, 2022, at Oak Bluff Memorial Park and Cemetery, Port Neches.
His committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium.
