It’s still hard to grasp that you are no longer with us. I catch myself looking for that black Ford pickup to pull in. Grabbing a cup of coffee and an occasional breakfast taco, and talk about the memories and what the future will hold before we start the day. You brought a sense of security, unwavering loyalty and a work ethic that was 10 on 10. But you was more to us than that. We are missing you dearly. We are devastated with your passing. hasta que nos encontremos de nuevo Castrita! May your entry into heaven be grand and angels rejoice. tu hermano en jesucristo, Andy
Thank you Jose for those 44 years that you worked with us. You have been a “gentleman and a scholar.” You were a “Giver,” giving and helping others with no complaints. You were 15 years old when you came to the Mitchell’s and I accepted you as one of my own boys, working along aside of them. We will miss you Mr. Jose, my True and Honorable Friend. May GOD Bless and Keep you. George Mitchell
