Judy Jeanette Berryhill Barnard

June 21, 1960 - February 21, 2024

Judy Jeanette Berryhill Barnard, 63, of Lumberton, died Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont. Judy was a longtime resident of LaBelle before moving to Lumberton after Kenneth’s passing. Judy had the most generous, loving heart. She loved her family and friends. Judy enjoyed working in her mayhaw orchard, canning, and making her delicious Bandit Delights Jelly.

Judy is survived by her father, Charley Berryhill; mom, Rhonda Minter; five brothers, Tim Berryhill (Sheila), Jimmy Taunton (Liz), Michael Berryhill (Linh), Eddie Berryhill, and Bryan Berryhill; special friend, Dennis Mefford; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Barnard and her mother, Peggy Rogers.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to MD Anderson Cancer Center, P.O. Box 4486, Houston, Texas 77210 or The Garth House,1895 McFaddin, Beaumont, Texas 77701 in memory of Judy.

A gathering of Mrs. Barnard’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium.
