Kim worked with the Beaumont Police Department for twenty-eight years as a Patrol Officer-which she loved, and later being promoted to Detective Specialist in the Criminal Family Violence Unit. Kim loved to golf and made 2 holes in one. She loved the beach and spending time with her family and friends.

Kim’s life dramatically changed in 2003 when introduced to the Fellowship. She had her own personal Angel (Donna) for five years and that relationship meant everything to her. The women of the Fellowship provided love, encouragement, and support- a special thanks to Lori H., Lisa Q., Laniece S., Ruthie S., and Danae G. Also, thank you to the women of BPD who were always there for Kim; and to Robi and Glen.
