Laurence “Larry” Jefery Barron, 74, of Winnie, died Sunday, December 17, 2023. He was born on March 14, 1949, in Houston to Adele and Russell Barron.
Survivors include his loving wife, Brenda Barron; children, Kimberly West, and her husband, Steve, Michael Barron, and his wife, Allie, and Eric Anderson; two grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Larry’s committal will be held at Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie.

Our sincerest condolences to Mrs. Brenda and the entire family and friends of Mr. Larry. He was a great man and he will be missed. It was a great pleasure knowing him for the last 25 years and our 4 generations getting to know him and what a wonderful, kind man he was. We are praying the family finds peace and comfort knowing he was so loved.

What a great all around guy! Larry was business savvy, trustworthy, knowledgeable and a friend to all. He also knew tourism…and not everyone does. What a pleasure to work with over the years.
