Linda Fagg

October 16, 1948 - June 22, 2023

Linda Fagg, 74, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2023, after losing her short battle with cancer.

Linda grew up in Beaumont, Texas, where she graduated from French High School.  She met the love of her life, Larry, while cruising the College Street Pig Stand.  After dating for only six months, they married and enjoyed fifty-six blessed years of life together.  Linda was a loving wife and spent every single day providing a comfortable homelife for Larry.

Linda worked alongside her husband in building their business, Larco Industries.  She managed the day-to-day office operations perfectly and was instrumental in the success of the business for forty-six years until it was sold in 2018.

Linda’s pride and joy were her daughter and granddaughter.  She loved spending time with them and spoiling them both.  Linda was witty and quick to engage with anyone in good conversation.  She was super generous to family, friends, and strangers.  She was also an incredible cook.

Linda is survived by her adoring husband, Larry, of Beaumont; daughter, Jeanne Breaux and her husband, Brent, of Houston; granddaughter, Bailey Scales and her husband, Quinton, of Dallas; sister, Elaine Glaze of Sour Lake; and many nieces and nephews.

Linda is preceded in death by her mother, Violet Marie Lee.

We only just met Linda last year and instantly thought she was just an absolute great person. Huge heart, wonderful spirit, hilarious personality. Just instantly loved her and we are horribly sad about her loss. Such a horrible loss for family and friends. Just loved her!

Linda and I were classmates at FHS. We were Friends. She confided in me when she and Larry were married. We lost touch when I moved and and got married. When moved back and started bowling again, Linda was there and it was like we were never apart. Her daughter went to school with my kids. When my late husband passed away in 2018. I received a sweet message of comfort. She was someone I called a friend. Fly high Linda. Love you.

I am very sad to hear of Linda passing. I worked for Larco for 10 years and during those years Linda use to treat me like a son. Always looking out for me and coming into the shop on a daily basis to chat and see how I was doing. My deepest condolences to Larry and their daughter as well as the rest of her family. Rest In Peace my sweet friend.

Linda Self and I were friends at Junker Elementary back in the ’50s and we were close friends with Darlene Graham and Wade Poche. As young kids, we spent lots of time together and Linda was so good-looking and fun to be around. As I recall she tried to teach me to dance. ( a lost cause for sure but fun to be so close to a girl so full of life. One night we all went to the Fair at the Old Fairgrounds in Beaumont it was very cold that October, but we had a blast. After Junker, I went to Dick Dowling with Darlene and she moved off of Cottonwood Street and later on to French High. I did not see her for years until I met up with her and Larry at Larco. They both were successful owners of Larco then and they had family working for them. I will
always think highly of Linda and Larry. She definitely Loved Larry and their Daughter. Bucky
