Margaret Lynn “Marge” Campbell
Margaret Lynn “Marge” Campbell, 94, of Houston, died Sunday, July 9, 2023, at Village Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Lumberton. She was born October 22, 1928, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Maybelle Lynn Cowell and Robert V. Cowell.
Margaret is survived by her children, Lynn Petterson and her husband, Kevin, of Houston and Billy Campbell and his wife, Melinda, of Lumberton; grandchildren, Michael Campbell and his wife, Bree, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Merritt Campbell and his wife, Rachel, of Austin; Matthew Campbell and his wife, Gi, of Lumberton; and five great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert C. Campbell; and son, Robbie Campbell.
A gathering of Mrs. Campbell’s family and friends will begin at 5:00 p.m. with her funeral service to follow at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her graveside service will be at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky.

Sad to learn that Marge has passed. She was a wonderful, cheerful, and talented lady. My mom, Anita Murphy, and Marge love quilting and creating gorgeous artwork.
Please know she was a dear friend and will be missed. Memories are gifts to cherish.
