Mary Jane Hopkins Jones
Mary Jane Jones, 89, died on Monday, February 12, 2010, in Beaumont, at Jefferson Nursing & Rehab. Mary was a homemaker. She was born August 10, 1920, to Maude Bernard and Clyde Hopkins, in Beaumont.
Survivors include her son, Bill Jones and his wife, Diane, of Alvin; daughters, Judy Bean and her husband, Ritchard, of Village Mills and Terry Johnson and her husband, Benny, of Beaumont; sister-in-law Bob Morgan of Lumberton; Ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; loving niece who was like a daughter, Mary Dee Henderson; numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, J.W. Jones, daughter, Andi Morgan, and parents, Maude Bernard and Clyde Hopkins.
No public services. Mrs. Jones cremation will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
