Micheal “Mike” Chance Weido

Micheal “Mike” Chance Weido, 21, of Kountze, went to be with the Lord, Friday, February 16, 2024.  He was born on February 27, 2002, in Beaumont.

Survivors include his wife, Cheleby Swor; children, Rhyder Joshua Weido and Rhenlyn Cody Weido; father, Joshua Hare of Kountze; birth mother, Guylene Weido of Houston; mother, Marsha Hare of Vidor; siblings, Dillion Hare; Desiree Dickerson and her husband, Dustin; Duston Hare; and Clayton Hare, all of Kountze; De Miles; Almeda Miles of Beaumont; Jaleesa Wells and Ashley Wells, both of Dallas; Demetrish Miles; Shannon Wells; Jeron Wells; Joe Wells, Jr.; and Christopher Wells, all of Beaumont; and Justin Platt and Christopher Platt; grandparents, Iris and Mike Hare of Kountze; godparents, Laura and James Segura; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts.

He is preceded in death by his father, Joe Wells; aunt, Shelly Campbell; and grandmother, Gracie McGee.

Mike’s committal will be held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  His memorial will be at a later date.
