Nicholas "Nick" Lew Doguet

Nicholas “Nick” Lew Doguet, 57, of Fannett, died Thursday, October 29, 2020, at Christus Southeast Texas – St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. He was born December 25, 1962, in Port Arthur, to Valverda Ann Abshire Bridgeman and Loubert Ray Doguet.

Nick was a United States Air Force veteran and he enjoyed his career as an Environmental Specialist. He was an outdoorsman and was known for being an outgoing man that loved to spend time with his friends and family.

Survivors include his mother, Val Bridgeman, of Fannett; brother, Yancy Doguet and wife, Charlene, of Castle Rock, Colorado; and nieces and nephew, Jacqueline, Rachel, and John Doguet.

He is preceded in death by his father, Loubert Doguet.

Cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. A private family committal will be held at a later date.
