Patricia Ward Gilbert

Patricia (“Pat”) Gilbert of Beaumont died peacefully April 25, 2018 at Villages of Garden Ridge in San Antonio, TX. She was born on August 2, 1925 in Plymouth, Indiana to Albert Frederick Ward and Ila Mae Post Ward. Patricia married Patrick Jerome Gilbert April 18, 1958, to be forever known to everyone as Pat & Pat or “The Pats”.

Pat loved being a wife and homemaker. She loved cooking, sewing, cake decorating, and traveling anywhere Pat & Pat’s interests and hobbies took them.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one sister and her husband, Patrick Gilbert.

Patricia (Pat) is survived by her loving family and friends that will miss her dearly.

A gathering of Patricia’s family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m. until her funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at Saint Andrews Presbyterian Church, 1350 N. 23rd St., Beaumont, TX. Her interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery, Beaumont.
