Paul Wayne Williams

Paul Wayne Williams, 86, of Silsbee, died Saturday, December 17, 2022. He was born on September 24, 1936, in Honey Island, to Mallie Sue Paramore Williams and Rufas Oscar Williams.

Mr. Williams was a lifelong deer hunter and loved to watch sports, especially NASCAR. He loved his family and loved family time and was very proud of his successful grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Hodges and her husband, Jim, of Huntsville; grandchildren, Austin, Tyler and Zandie; brother, Gary Williams of Beaumont; nephews, Jay Williams and his spouse, Shane, of Houston, and Stewart Williams and his wife, Stephanie, of Virginia; and great-nieces, Shelby, Gabriel, and Mackenzie. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mallie Sue Paramore Williams and Rufas Oscar Williams, and sister-in-law, Melinda Williams.

His graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 14, 2023, at Rest Haven Cemetery, Silsbee. His cremation was held by Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
