Pearl Bihm

Pearl Bihm, 88, of Nederland, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020, at Community Retirement Home, Port Arthur. She was born January 7, 1932, in Church Point, Louisiana, to Odelia Lejune Richard and Arthur Daigle.

Pearl was a loving wife and mother of four sons. She married LeRoy Bihm on November 8, 1947 and together they raised their boys, Dannie, Blake, Carl, and Alan. Her passion was her faith and her family. She enjoyed cooking, crafting, gardening and volunteering. Pearl will be remembered for her smile, and her kind and compassionate spirit.

Survivors include her sons, Blake Bihm and his wife, Renee, of Prairieville, Louisiana; Alan Bihm and his wife, Donna, of Nederland; brother, T.J. Daigle; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and a large extended family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy Bihm; sons, Dannie and Carl Bihm; parents, Odelia and Arthur Daigle; sister, Evora Leger; brother, Wayne Daigle; and nieces and nephews.

A family graveside service for Mrs. Bihm will be held at a later date, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Charles Catholic Youth Ministry, 211 Hardy Avenue, Nederland, Texas 77627.
