Rebecca Jean Howard
Rebecca Jean Howard, 62, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at Christus Southeast Texas-St. Elizabeth. She was born on November 23, 1957, to Pansy VanPelt Moulder and Kenneth Ray Moulder, in Kountze.
Becky was raised in Beaumont most of her life where she graduated from Forest Park. In 1976, she started her career at Southwest Bell Phone Company and resigned to become a housewife and mom. She later became a licensed vocational nurse and then a registered nurse to pursue a career in nursing until her death at Christus Hospital-St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren’s sporting events, the Dallas Cowboys, and enjoyed cooking and spending time with family and friends. Most of all, she loved the sound of “Nina” being spoken by her seven grandchildren and she loved spoiling her two pets, Henry and Peaches. She was a kind and simple person and will be greatly missed by all people that knew her.
Survivors include her parents, Pansy and Kenneth Moulder; husband of forty-one years, Marty Howard; sons, Joseph Ray Howard and Troy Martin Howard; grandchildren, Bradley Howard, Jayden Howard, Kristen Howard, Trent Howard, Gaven Howard, Bryson Howard, and Kellan Howard; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Tommy Ray Moulder and Terry Wayne Moudler.
