Rebecca Jean Howard, 62, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at Christus Southeast Texas-St. Elizabeth. She was born on November 23, 1957, to Pansy VanPelt Moulder and Kenneth Ray Moulder, in Kountze.

Becky was raised in Beaumont most of her life where she graduated from Forest Park. In 1976, she started her career at Southwest Bell Phone Company and resigned to become a housewife and mom. She was a kind and simple person and will be greatly missed by all people that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Tommy Ray Moulder and Terry Wayne Moudler.
